Finance HQ is based in Switzerland, centred around Swiss personal finance and our plans are charged in Swiss Franc (CHF). You will likely get the most benefit from Finance HQ if you are based in, or have financial interest(s) in, Switzerland, however, we do not require, and will not ask for, proof of your residency.

Should you register to Finance HQ and be neither based in, nor have financial interest(s) in Switzerland, you may not be able to receive guidance specific to your country of residence. Please contact our customer service team for an answer specific to your situation.

Subscription-based financial planning services offer a distinctive approach to financial planning guidance. Qualified financial professionals work with you to develop a comprehensive financial strategy with ongoing support, bespoke to your unique circumstances.

Unlike traditional models of financial planning, Finance HQ members are not required to meet minimum investment thresholds, or other high barriers to entry, to access Finance HQ's services, making financial planning guidance more accessible to a wider audience.

The subscription model encourages collaboration with your Finance HQ Guides, improving financial literacy and extending support to those who may otherwise not have engaged with a qualified financial professional. With its transparent fee structure and no commissions or asset-based fees, subscription-based planning avoids all conflicts of interest, so you can rest easy knowing your best interests are ours, too!

We provide a range of membership plans, allowing members to select the level of support that aligns with their needs and comfort level. This flexibility lowers the barrier to entry for new members, who may be apprehensive about disclosing financial information or committing to conventional financial planning models. With the ability to easily transition between tiers, we ensure anyone and everyone can have access to reliable financial planning guidance at a cost that works for them.

Whilst our Finance HQ Guides are fully trained, qualified and trusted financial planning professionals, your Finance HQ membership is not the same as having a Financial Adviser. Finance HQ Guides will not manage your investments on your behalf, login to your investment accounts, make investment decisions or place trades for you.

The guidance you will receive from a Finance HQ Guide keeps you as the sole controller of your money. This means that you decide what action you may or may not take, and whether to implement (or not) guidance you receive, as required.

Finance HQ Guides are here to present the benefits and drawbacks of various financial planning options available to you (whether related to investments or not) and ensure you have access to the trusted and bespoke knowledge you need to be well-informed. Finance HQ's service is not a replacement for a Financial Adviser.

Finance HQ provides personalised financial planning guidance and education to all of our members on an ongoing basis. Our Finance HQ Guides will communicate with you in clear and understandable language that cuts out complexity wherever possible, and explains it in simple terms where not possible.

If there is anything you do not understand at any point, ask!

Finance HQ Guides are qualified financial planning professionals and can provide guidance on assets you hold overseas to help you make informed decisions with regards to managing your money overseas.

However, it is not within the remit of Finance HQ or our Finance HQ Guides to help you manage money by way of making or actioning decisions on your behalf, whether overseas or not.

As a member of Finance HQ, you remain sole controller of your money. This means you will need to decide what action you may or may not take, and implement (or not) guidance you receive, as required.

No! Whilst our Finance HQ Guides are qualified financial professionals, you do not have to invest, want to invest, or have a minimum amount to invest to become a member of Finance HQ.

Finance HQ is designed to assist you with all things finance, whether relating to investments, or not.

With our monthly plans, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes will take effect from your next monthly billing cycle.

You are also able to upgrade from a monthly plan to an annual plan at any time.

With our annual plans, you can upgrade to any other annual plan during your billing cycle and the changes will take effect as soon as our system has updated. This will begin a new annual billing cycle, and if you have any balance remaining from your previous plan, this will be discounted from your new plan on a pro rata basis.

Should you wish to downgrade your annual plan, changes will take effect from your next annual billing cycle.

You are unable to change from an annual membership to a monthly membership until the end of your annual billing cycle.

For any upgrades, you will receive an initial meeting to discuss your new available features, an updated Financial Roadmap with these new features included, and a follow-up meeting to ensure you understand everything with which you have been provided.

For any downgrades, you will not receive a new initial meeting, updated Financial Roadmap, or follow-up meeting.

Any alterations are subject to a fair usage policy and you will not gain a new free trial period.

Finance HQ currently offers a 7-day free trial.

If you wish to cancel your membership within the first 7-days, you can do so from within your user account area or contacting the Finance HQ team.

This applies to both the monthly and annual plans, and from the date you first create your account.

You can cancel your Finance HQ membership at any time, for any reason.

If you cancel within the free trial period of your account creation, you will not be charged.

If you cancel after the free trial period, your access to Finance HQ services will terminate at the end of the current billing cycle.
